Beginning in 2000, DASCOM established a strategic service center in Beijing with more than 350 sales and service outlets across the country. With the motto “DASCOM promises to respond to every inquiry.“  DASCOM began to set the industry standard for service. 

In 2000, DASCOM invested 60 million U.S. dollars to build a new R&D center and production base in Jiangmen China. We began our own production of printers and filing of intellectual property rights. 

The market share grew to being number one in the country by successfully replacing foreign made products in the sectors of government, finance, healthcare, tax, telecommunications, and other industry applications. 

In 2009, DASCOM successively purchased the German printer company Tally, which had a sixty-years history in the industry.  We also acquired American-based companies Printek and TPG, leaders in their respective print sectors.  Additionally, DASCOM developed its own high-end high-speed printers, portable printers and key components such as print heads.

In 2013, “DASCOM SoC Chip" was launched and our own platform of core software technology was implemented and established in all products. It is safe, independent and controllable.  DASCOM is the one and only to use self-developed chips in the domestic printer industry.

Innovation in thermal printing technology and successful launch of new mobile printers and barcode printers in the market.

Beginning in 2016, DASCOM designed and launched a rewritable smart card printer to enter the smart card printer market.

In 2017, DASCOM launched a new series of smart card printers, covering the range of, and including rewritable printer, full color DTC printer, 600 dpi retransfer printer and laminator.
